Privacy policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is published by Free Zone Limited Liability Company Simple Tech (the "Company") to inform about the Company's personal data processing policy and is located at: https://simpleoffice.team

1.2. The following terms and definitions are used in this Policy: A user is an individual using the Simple Office application. Application is a software product of the Company intended for use by the User.

1.3. This Policy only applies to the Simple Office application. The Company is not responsible for the sites, services of third parties, which the User can click on the links available in the application.

1.4. User's use of "Simple Office" means consent to this Privacy Policy.

2. Policy Subject

2.1. This Simple Office Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data of the User, which can be collected and used by the Company to provide Services, and also defines the rights and obligations of the parties in the process of processing personal data. The User agrees to the processing of his personal data described in this clause in accordance with the terms of this Policy:
• surname, first name, patronymic - to create a User profile;
• contact details (e-mail address, telephone number - optional) - for registration, authorization in the Appendix, as well as for the correct operation of some functions of the Application;
• photo images of the User - for the purpose of posting in the personal profile of the User;
• video images of the User (optional) - used for the Application functions (the User may attach the video file to the application);
• Application error reports from the User profile (Data from the application failure log (including for the purpose of tracking the number of failures, stack tracing or other information related to errors) - in order to improve the Application by the Company in case of failures in the Application;
• Application Diagnostic Information (Application Performance Information. For example, battery consumption, loading time, latency, frame rate, or technical diagnostic data.) - in order to improve the quality of the Application, its usability, development of new services and services.
• Activity history in the application (for example, the number of views of the page or the coordinates of touches on it) - in order to improve the quality of the Application, the convenience of its use, the development of new services and services.
• Device identifiers or other identifiers - in order to improve the quality of the Application, its usability, for more correct operation of push notifications.

2.2. The Company may process the personal data of the User as follows: collection; recording; storage; use; transmission; depersonalization; blocking; deleting; destruction.

3. Transfer and storage of personal data

3.1. The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties, unless it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the law.

3.2. For the purposes set out in this Policy, the Company may involve partners with whom the Company has entered into relevant confidentiality agreements in processing the User's personal data.

3.4. The user has the right to access his personal data.

4. Personal Data Protection Measures

4.1. The Company shall take necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures aimed at ensuring the security of personal information of Users from accidental loss, unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure of information.

4.2. The Company stores personal information provided by the Application Users on secure servers.

4.3. Only authorized employees of the Company, authorized employees of partners who have signed an agreement on confidentiality and protection of personal data have access to Personal Information.

4.4. All employees of the Company who have access to personal data sign agreements on non-disclosure of confidential information and must adhere to a policy on ensuring confidentiality and protection of personal data.

4.5. In order to ensure the confidentiality of information and the protection of personal data, the Company shall take all measures necessary to prevent unauthorized access to Personal Information of Users and Personal Information of third parties.

4.6. Users use the Application as it is and take measures to protect their personal data in it from security threats, including, but not limited to:
• protect your Device and the applications installed in it from theft or loss;
• protect your Device and the applications installed in it from unauthorized access.

4.7. The Company shall not be responsible for the actions of the Users aimed at circumventing any privacy settings and/or violation of security measures that the Company proposes to comply with.
