Yes, at the very beginning we help you to set up and add everything you need. We also provide administrators of your system with instructions and our support team is always ready to help.
Employees can be registered in several ways: an employee can self-register, it also can be done via the admin interface for each user manually or automatically (using Active Directory integration or just importing users from an Excel file).
You can upload any workspace map you have, but we recommend drawing a map that precisely visually repeats your office to ease the navigation within it. This can be done by your designers or by our team which is always ready to help you.
We have integration with Exchange, so the transition will be seamless. Bookings made in Simple Office will be displayed in Outlook and vice versa.
